NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Dream Boat Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on the date announced by Sponsor (a) The Sweepstakes Period begins February 02 2026

(b) The conclusion of the stated Sweepstakes Period December 31 2026

Sponsor’s server shall be the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. ONLINE QUALIFYING PRODUCT PURCHASE METHOD

Online – During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop Topsidemarine.org (the “Website”) will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each one hundred dollars ($100) spent. The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of your eligible purchase excluding shipping/handling charges, and less any discounts. NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All sales are final subject to Sponsor’s standard return and cancellation policies.

Qualifying products are offered in a limited quantity of seven thousand (7,000) units.

Entries received through qualifying product purchases are promotional in nature and are not sold separately. Note: "Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose actions, including public conduct, that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein."

B. IN PERSON- During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase in person at Topside Marine (the “SHOP”) will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each one hundred dollars ($100) spent. The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of your eligible purchase excluding shipping/handling charges, and less any discounts. NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All sales are final.

Entries received through qualifying product purchases are promotional in nature and are not sold separately. C. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received by December 31 2026. Each valid AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry.

Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

The availability or exhaustion of qualifying products does not affect the availability of AMOE entries.

5. ENTRY LIMITS

There is no limit on the number of entries an individual may receive, subject to these Official Rules. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. But no limit is place on how many qualifying purchases or AMOE an individual can make within the parameters set forth in these rules. (7000 total qualifying units available for purchase)

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a fully loaded Charger 210 Elite. Approximate Retail Value of 60,000 (“ARV”) Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance. The Winner must agree to pick up prize vehicle at a Sponsor-specified location in Arkansas within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor; failure to take delivery within thirty (30) days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. The Winner must possess required travel documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport), as applicable. The Winner must have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of Prize vehicle in the Winner’s state/province/territory of residence and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified using the contact information provided. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:

By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize in question. The potential Winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within three (3) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (if USA resident) or a Declaration of Compliance (if Canadian resident) in order to claim the Prize. The Winner may also be requested to complete an IRS W9 form (or W8-BEN for a Canada resident). Note: The Affidavit sent to a USA potential Winner will require that the Winner provide their Social Security Number to the Administrator, which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes. The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. The Winner must note that the value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize (applicable to USA Winner only). The Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize after it is awarded. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Winner, if a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within two (2) business days from the first notification attempt, if a potential Winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected. By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The Winner also acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.
